Here are 2 sites that will help you figure out the answers. Now that you know what you can afford, we can start looking for properties for you. Even if it is a little while away it’s good to get an idea of what is on the market, and what you are interested in. When you provide information about what you are looking for price, area, house size, # bed & bathrooms, garage, basement, etc, I will start an automated search that will send you notification emails when new listings fit your criteria. You will be provided with a link to your very own Real Estate page that keeps a running list of all the properties sent to you. You can save, delete or make notes on each one. Once you have a few you are interested in we can go and take a look at them. You will be notified at the same time as local Realtors, BEFORE the public sees the listings on MLS.
